Payment & Order Confirmation
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. A clear photograph of the child must be provided as a reference for the illustration. -
Special Requests
Any specific requirements, customisations, or artistic preferences must be communicated when the order is placed. Requests submitted after work has commenced may not be accommodated. -
Production Timeframe
Please allow up to two weeks from order confirmation for completion of your illustration. -
Image Privacy
All reference photographs supplied by clients are used solely for the purpose of creating the commissioned artwork and are permanently deleted once the illustration has been completed. -
Bulk Orders
A maximum of 10 illustrations per order applies to bulk commissions unless otherwise agreed in writing. -
Copyright & Reproduction
No illustration may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ABW Illustration. -
Intellectual Property Rights
ABW Illustration retains all intellectual property and copyright rights in all artwork created, unless otherwise agreed in writing. -
Artistic Process
Every illustration is individually handcrafted using traditional pen and watercolour techniques, ensuring each piece is unique. -
No Artificial Intelligence
All artwork is created entirely by hand. No artificial intelligence (AI) tools are used in the creation of any ABW Illustration artwork. -
Standard UK delivery postage is included. Any special postage or delivery requests will incur additional charges.

Refund Policy

All of our products are hand drawn and hand painted to order, which means we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued once an order has been placed.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
